Effective for flu
I've been using all Garden of Life sprays for a couple of years now, and they have been incredibly helpful for my severe sore throat and general malaise. They are organic and completely natural, proving effective for flu, colds, inflamed glands, fever, etc. Some reviews mention mould on the spray lid or bottle, but I've not experienced this. If you keep the top clean and wipe it before each use, you won't encounter mould issues. Avoid touching the spray nozzle with your tongue or saliva, as this can lead to bacteria buildup. Keep your bottle clean, and all should be well. I will continue purchasing these handy sprays as they are compact and work well for me. I highly recommend them.

This particular supplement aids my nerve repair and alleviates side effects caused by neurotoxins from my doctor.
