Great Multicomplex Saw after a course of vitamins from the same manufacturer (which I also liked). Instead of the recommended four capsules per day, I limited myself to two, as I also take zinc, copper, vitamin C, calcium, and magnesium from other supplements. In a month or two, my health, skin condition, and immunity improved significantly. I noticed more energy, a more stable nervous system, and healthier, less dry skin. Importantly, during my time taking it, I have never experienced discomfort or nausea, which is significant for me. I will continue taking it, especially on special offers, as I am very satisfied with the quality and effect.

Delivered From Acne On The Face! I battled with a rash for over five years, spending significant time and money. By limiting sugar, milk, and gluten, I saw some improvement. Every autumn, my husband falls ill, which is why we decided to try these vitamins. I appreciate that they are raw and completely natural, and they include probiotics, which are excellent for my gut. We began taking them in late September, and fortunately, we have both remained well. Although the vitamins are large, they are easy to take. There were no allergy issues. The only downside is the price, but considering the cost of treatment, these vitamins are a worthwhile investment. I recommend them.

I liked the composition of these vitamins. I was searching for a replacement for the discontinued teenage vitamins, and these fit perfectly.
