Every autumn, my husband falls ill, which is why we decided to try these vitamins. I appreciate that they are raw and completely natural, and they include probiotics, which are excellent for my gut. We began taking them in late September, and fortunately, we have both remained well. Although the vitamins are large, they are easy to take. There were no allergy issues. The only downside is the price, but considering the cost of treatment, these vitamins are a worthwhile investment. I recommend them.

I bought these vitamins for my 8-year-old child. They come in capsules, which he swallows without difficulty. I give him 1 capsule twice a day, and importantly, they do not cause any allergies.

We drink as a family, taking 2 pieces each. This is the first time we've used these vitamins, and we chose them based on reviews as a practical option for everyone. However, the smell resembles fish food! They can be taken on an empty stomach, although I wouldn't advise it due to an unpleasant burp. Overall, my stomach has responded well, and there have been no allergies. I can't really say I feel any benefits; I believe I should persist with them.
