Helps with anxiety and insomnia! I've been using this probiotic on and off for about 2 years. Initially taken for constipation and slow digestion after withdrawal from valerian, it has greatly improved my calmness and sleep quality. I find it particularly helpful to take before dinner with a glass of wine. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my blood pressure readings. This probiotic helped alleviate a headache I got while working and feeling stressed. I'm very pleased to have discovered this product!
