I purchased Turmeric from "Garden of Life" in December 2021 and started taking it in winter. Remarkably, the pain disappeared. My family tends to get sick one after another, especially with four children, but after starting on turmeric, I surprisingly avoided illness. For 1.5 months, my sore throat didn’t trouble me at all. I’m very pleased to have found this remedy!

Wonderful! I began taking turmeric two months ago, and it is beneficial during the virus season. For a month, people around me have suffered from flu, beginning with a sore throat, but I didn’t catch the virus thanks to the turmeric. I’ve ordered a second batch to last until winter’s end. 🤗

Curcumin offers powerful anti-inflammatory benefits. This product contains pepper to enhance turmeric absorption, along with ginger and probiotics, making it an excellent formulation for immunity. The tablets, although large, are easy to swallow. I prefer to chew them—though they have a burning taste, they alleviate throat and nasal discomfort effectively. It’s great for both prevention and during illness. I recommend it.
