The result is impressive! My husband has osteoporosis in parts of his spine, and my nails were as thin as paper. After two months, my nails became much stronger, and my partner's back pain has improved. We intend to undergo examination for clinical confirmation of the results.

This is a great product, but I have some qualms. I like it and have taken it for a while now. It has helped my osteoporosis; my recent bone density test showed that my condition has improved, and I am now at the osteopenia level. However, I had an issue with the product's packaging – the bottle was shattered upon arrival. I managed to transfer the tablets to another usable bottle.

The effect is favourable and the absorption is good. My mother has been taking hormones and the doctor advised her to consume calcium to combat osteoporosis. She has been taking this supplement and her bone mineral density and calcium levels are now in standard range. We will continue purchasing it.
