Continuous purchase for cooking, beauty, and health. Coconut oil is excellent for frying pancakes and baking. For women's health, it's beneficial in preventing and treating candidiasis; I consume a spoonful daily, and for developed Thrush, I make tampons with it. For skin and hair care, I only apply it to dry areas. Morning and evening, I rinse my mouth with coconut oil to strengthen my gums. I freeze the oil in small portions for convenience, making it easier to use in my meals.

Effective for Thrush

The best oil for health; I use it for women's tampons to treat Thrush and microflora issues. I add a few drops of tea tree oil to 50ml, soak a cotton swab, and insert it overnight for about ten days, which works wonders. I also rinse my mouth with it by melting a tablespoon and then spitting it out to avoid clogging pipes.
