A mild astringent sensation remains after consumption, likely providing significant relief for sore throats. I give my son one gummy twice daily after meals and am thoroughly satisfied. Elderberry is a potent antioxidant with no sugar. The jar is attractively purple. I consume 2-3 gummies daily, which are akin to rice powder-sprinkled gummies. If taken at night, my throat feels better by morning, providing noticeable relief. The benefits of elderberry are substantial, with a pleasant sweet-sour taste. We're definitely purchasing more!
