Would Recommend! I'm unsure why there are negative reviews; while the pill is large, it's not bigger than some antibiotics. It goes down easily with water. I've tried other prenatals that caused awful, fishy heartburn, but these Garden of Life ones are much better and all-natural. I may be pregnant, and I've had no issues.
