Since starting these probiotics, I've experienced increased gassiness, bloating, and more discharge. While they seem to help with yeast infections, the gas and bloating are too uncomfortable for me to continue.

Bad side effects. I've been struggling with UTI/yeast/BV infections for a good two years. Finally got this product but it wasn't shipped correctly. It arrived hot in plastic rather than cold in glass, despite my efforts to keep them in a cooler place. I take them daily but suffer from horrible bloating, cramps, spotting, and other side effects. While it helped with odour and some discharge, it didn’t work as effectively as other probiotics for me. I encourage other women to be cautious; vaginal health is important!

Worth the investment
Another good product from Garden of Life. While it is on the pricier side, it’s worth every penny as it helps replenish good bacteria in my system. It has aided in relieving my bloating and discomfort after heavy meals. I will continue using this product for as long as I can afford it.
