Improved complexion
It is possible and not for pregnant women. I drank them for two weeks and was very happy. My complexion improved, my face looks fresh and rested. My microflora has been restored thanks to the lactobacilli, and I no longer suffer from acne. I did experience some discomfort due to magnesium lowering my pressure, but that passed. In summary, it’s an excellent vitamin complex with both vitamins and lactobacilli, which is convenient to use.

Significant acne relief
These vitamins have been incredible for my pregnancy acne; they've left my skin completely clear! After switching back from a drugstore brand, I regretted it instantly due to my poor skin. Once I returned to this vitamin, my pregnancy acne vanished.

No allergic rashes
These vitamins are of excellent quality! During pregnancy, I was sensitive to chemical additives, but these vitamins kept me clear of acne. I drank only these throughout my pregnancy, alongside iron, and experienced no allergic rashes. I consider them the best vitamins and will continue to use them even after pregnancy.
