No morning sickness
5 people found this helpful
I was advised to take supplements during pregnancy and postpartum. After confirming my pregnancy, I've continued taking them. As I am petite, I find the prescribed dosage to be excessive, so I take one tablet each morning and evening, along with DHA. While I can't definitively say it's due to these supplements, I experienced none of the morning sickness and other minor issues that others described. I highly recommend these supplements, especially to anyone expecting – just remember to take them with plenty of water to avoid discomfort from the capsules.

No anaemia issues

During my pregnancy, I aimed for maximum nutrition and continued to take safe supplements like iron and folic acid. I had some morning sickness and couldn't take my supplements for a bit due to an unusual taste in my throat. However, once I calmed down, I resumed taking them daily. Thanks to this regimen, I was relieved to learn that anaemia during my pregnancy was not an issue at all.

Good vitamins, but the capsule size is quite large. I took them throughout my pregnancy, and generally, they performed well; my blood tests were good. My appetite improved – when the body lacks certain trace elements, it can become confused, but these vitamins kept my eating habits normal. I didn’t experience heartburn, unlike some reviews mentioned. The smell is a bit unusual, reminiscent of hay. I deducted one star for the inconvenient capsule size, as they can be difficult to swallow and occasionally stick to the throat.
