Stopped bloating
20 people found this helpful
I experienced constant nausea, bloating, acne, and fatigue after taking these vitamins from the third week of pregnancy. Stomach pains worsened, affecting my ability to move. Upon stopping the vitamins and taking only folate and iodine, I noticed an improvement that same day—no more bloating or stomach pain, and my energy returned. I believe this supplement may not suit everyone.

Bloating not problematic

This vitamin and mineral complex for pregnant and lactating women worked well for me with no side effects. However, my friend experienced bloating, likely due to the yeast in the composition.

Caused abdominal pain

After starting these vitamins at week 16, I suffered from severe bloating and pain on my right side. Skipping a day of taking them alleviated my symptoms, and I realised the vitamins were the cause. It’s disappointing that natural options are unavailable.

Bloating issues
3 people found this helpful
I encountered terrible bloating upon taking these vitamins. Initially, I did not link them to my discomfort, but after pausing for a few days, my symptoms improved. Consequently, I stopped using them without feeling any boost in energy. Half of the bottle remains unused.

Severe bloating troubles
1 people found this helpful
I feel that these have changed. I previously took them during my first two pregnancies without issue, but in my third pregnancy, I’ve encountered severe digestive concerns and bloating so bad I appear six months pregnant instead of three. Despite maintaining a clean diet and rigorous exercise routine, I've battled extreme fatigue, nausea, and rapid weight gain—15lbs in three months, which is atypical for me. After stopping these, my fatigue has lessened, and my bloating has mostly vanished. This is too coincidental, especially since I’ve read similar reviews. I must find an alternative as this has severely affected me. It’s disappointing to leave the brand I’ve once championed.

Bloating resolved
I bought these vitamins for my pregnant daughter, who has been taking them for two weeks. While I haven’t noticed much improvement in her wellbeing, I am glad that they haven’t caused bloating like the previous brand she tried, which normalised her digestion.

Not suitable

These vitamins did not suit me; I experienced bloating and nausea after taking them. This might be due to my body's reaction to the natural ingredients.

Bloating relief noticed
These vitamins have improved my immune system since I started taking them. I appreciate that they don’t cause bloating, which is important as I have a sensitive stomach. Although a bit pricey, the ingredient quality makes it worthwhile.

Digestive issues improved
These capsules are well tolerated, especially for those with digestion issues like bloating and irregular stools. The digestive enzymes in the composition help without causing addiction. I highly recommend these to other women facing similar challenges.

No bloating issues
I have been taking these vitamins for over a year, before, during, and after pregnancy. Despite taking three pills in the morning, I recommend spreading the doses for better absorption. There were no issues with bloating or nausea, and my skin and hair remained healthy.
