This is my favourite brand for B-Complex. I trust the quality of Garden of Life's ingredients, and I generally respond well to their products. The only downside is the price; I usually buy the larger bottle only on sale. It’s well-packaged in a dark glass bottle. I haven't experienced any niacin flush, and I notice improved energy when I take it.
