Effective for dryness
I was surprised to learn that the group of B vitamins is responsible for so many functions. Upon reflection, I realised I had issues with all of them. I began to bruise frequently, which was concerning, as well as experiencing a persistent dry sensation in my eyes, especially since I wear lenses. It was incredibly inconvenient. I had become dependent on expensive eye drops as a remedy. Now, I take this vitamin complex—one tablet each day on an empty stomach—and in just a month, everything has improved! The occurrence of bruises has decreased, and if they do appear, they fade rapidly. The dryness in my eyes is no longer an issue!

Bruises disappeared quickly
I was quite astonished to discover the extensive role B vitamins play in our health. Reviewing the list, I realised I had issues with all of them. I started to experience frequent bruises that lingered for quite some time. Additionally, I faced persistent dryness in my eyes, which was a disaster since I wear contact lenses. I became reliant on some expensive eye drops, which was frustrating. However, since I began taking this vitamin complex—one tablet each morning on an empty stomach—everything has improved remarkably within a month! The B9 is in the form of folate, and the B12 is methylcobalamin. The packaging is excellent having no stomach discomfort. It's been fantastic.
