Quality concerns raised
I can no longer trust this company. Although I had this on subscription, it now causes headaches and dizziness for both my husband and me. I previously believed in their quality, but issues have arisen lately, particularly with folic acid creation. I was shocked to learn their Vitamin D3 isn't vegetarian, being derived from sheep skin. It seems their quality has declined after being acquired by a large company. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find genuinely food-based vitamins and I have two extra bottles I intend to discard.

Bad headaches experienced
Ingredients look excellent, but unfortunately, they didn't agree with me. I switched from another brand and began experiencing severe headaches, which lasted almost 24 hours after taking a single capsule. I waited a few days to try again, but the same headache recurred. I thought the vitamin looked well-formulated but caution others it may provoke headaches in sensitive individuals. I contacted the company but they dismissed my concerns and refused a refund, which was disappointing as I cannot support a brand that lacks customer service.

Caused severe headaches
The worst headache I ever had. I tend to over-stress and often lack sufficient sleep, so I bought these for energy and hormone balance. Being sensitive to vitamins, I took one capsule with breakfast and felt energised all day. However, by 7pm, a bothersome headache began developing and worsened. I decided to sleep early, hoping to feel better, but woke up with the same front-to-back headache and dizziness. I avoided a second capsule until the painful headache subsided. After some research, I discovered the high Niacin content and its potential side effects, including headaches. I stopped taking these vitamins and thankfully, the headache has diminished.
