Investigating T-MSCs for menopause
We investigated if small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) derived from tonsil stem cells could improve myo-inositol production, which is often disrupted by inflammation in menopausal women.

Over two weeks, mice received treatments mimicking this condition. Our results indicated that those receiving sEVs showed a restoration of myo-inositol levels and healthier muscle profiles compared to those that did not.

This research suggests that sEVs could be a promising option to improve metabolic health during menopause.

Folate impacts bone health in menopause
We sought to understand how vitamin B levels influence bone health in postmenopausal women. Our analysis of 117 women over five years showed that higher folate levels positively correlate with vertebral bone mineral density changes.

However, we found no significant link between changes in bone density and either homocysteine or vitamin B12 levels. This suggests that folate deficiency may play a significant role in bone health during menopause, indicating its importance for maintaining vertebral strength.

Effective nutritional menopause treatment
We explored the effects of Exelvit Menopause®, a nutritional product incorporating various ingredients including vitamins and herbal extracts, on menopausal symptoms. Over 12 weeks, 156 menopausal women took this supplement daily, and we measured symptom relief using a standardized score.

Our findings revealed a noteworthy decrease in symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, and irritability, with reductions ranging from 27.8% to 48.15%. This suggests that Exelvit Menopause® could offer a promising, non-hormonal approach to easing menopause-related discomfort.

One of the best!!!💕 These vitamins truly work, with excellent dosages! The capsules are sizable, requiring a dose of 2 per day, and a jar lasts for a month. This is, perhaps, the finest B complex available for order in Russia. I consistently purchase it for my mother as it alleviates her menopause symptoms. Generally, B vitamins are vital for everyone, especially women during PMS, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Deficiencies can lead to issues such as anemia, cracking at the corners of the lips, stomatitis, poor wound healing, irritability, fatigue, and decreased appetite. Blood tests can help determine deficiencies, and it is advisable to take vitamins as prescribed by a doctor according to your individual needs. Wishing good health to all!😊🙏🏻

We examined whether a combination of hyaluronic acid 0.3% and vitamin B12 could improve dry eye symptoms in menopausal women. In a study involving thirty women, we measured the effectiveness of a specially formulated eye drop containing these ingredients over a 30-day period.

After treatment, patients reported decreased symptoms and increased tear stability. Their scores on established dry eye assessment tools showed significant improvements, indicating that vitamin B12, alongside other ingredients, may play a beneficial role in alleviating dry eye issues during menopause.

Vitamin-enriched oil beneficial for menopause
We investigated the impact of vitamin-enriched extra virgin olive oil on postmenopausal women's health. In a year-long study involving 60 participants, half received the enriched oil while the other half got a placebo.

We found that those taking the vitamin-enriched olive oil showed improved platelet function and reduced levels of harmful nitrosative stress markers in their blood. This suggests that incorporating this healthy fat into our diets could help manage health issues related to menopause, particularly those affecting bone health.
