Caused breakout
Although I enjoyed taking the product, I had to stop because it caused me to break out. I suffer from acne, and it led to a significant breakout. I tried taking it every other day, but it did not help, and I suspect I am allergic to the brewer's yeast.

Completely stopped itching
Great product! I tried this a couple of months ago due to an uncontrollable itch in my private parts, which was not a yeast infection. The doctor recommended a B complex vitamin. A few months later, the itching has completely stopped, my nails are strong, and my hair is growing quickly. My energy levels have also increased. While it may be pricier than other brands, I would recommend it and will switch to this brand for vitamin C when I run out.

Good quality, but the ingredients did not suit me very well, and I did not see significant results for metabolism. It is yeast, which may have contributed to my experience.
