Great! Gentle on the stomach, with noticeable results. It eliminated a severe pneumonia cough that even prescription medications couldn't affect. I also give it to my 3-year-old dog. After just a few days of taking one capsule, her skin issue resolved. I can sprinkle it on her food, and she doesn’t notice it. Very effective; I never go without it.

Helped with prolonged cough
This should be at the top for Vitamin C! It helped me with Covid-19 and assisted my cats with prolonged coughs. One of my obese cats even lost weight while taking it, along with some green vegetables and apple cider vinegar. I've recommended it to many people since.
