To prevent colds āļø Is your throat sore? I apply a few drops at the first sign, and itās gone the next day. The taste is strong and sweet, which some may not enjoy (my daughter dislikes it), but I mix it into her water. I appreciate that it is alcohol-free.

Previously, I could only buy larger sizes, but Iām glad I chose this one! Being alcohol-free, it suits children as well, and should be taken at the first signs of a sore throat or mild headacheāit heals instantly! It was particularly effective this winter for throat issues. I bought this size because my mother also wanted some, but for larger families, I advise opting for the larger quantity. The taste is pleasant when diluted with water, so my young children enjoy it too!
