I had been plagued by headaches daily until a friend recommended spirits of peppermint. Following a generous application on my temples and forehead, I lay down with a cold washcloth. I felt warmth, and upon waking, the headache was gone completely! This product has become a delightful solution for my pain relief.

I usually buy this at my favourite health food shop for £9.99, but I paid £14 for this 1 oz. bottle. My family and I have relied on it for years. You can brew peppermint tea or mix 15–20 drops with 2–4 oz of water for headaches. It’s also quite effective for stomach issues like IBS. A must-have product.

I have used this peppermint oil for years, even with my children during their allergy and sinus problems. Now they use it with their own children. It’s also excellent for treating headaches by applying it to sinus pressure points. I mix it with honey and water for chest congestion. It’s my go-to solution for many ailments in my household.
