Migraine pain management

I experience complex migraines that occur every other day. While I take feverfew liquid extract to ease the pain, the taste is unpleasant. I find peppermint helps reduce the severity of my migraine pain and makes the feverfew easier to tolerate. This brand is the only one I've found that achieves this without the horrible taste of others. A woman mentioned she gets good results with just peppermint spirits.
