It isn't for everyone
These do seem to be of good quality...I took these for 3 weeks and noticed a small difference in my mood/stress. I didnt really notice a difference in sleep and I took these in the evening time as a wind down to try and quit drinking a nightly cocktail. But what I will say that made the biggest difference is around the 2-3 week mark..I felt depressed..crying over things..feeling hopeless depressed. I didn't make the connection to the ashwagandha until I was on day 3 of a missed period with NO chance of being pregnant. I have been very sensitive and crying over small things....even having belly cramps like I am about to start my period but I am now 7 day late with NO signs of starting my period. I did some research and found that a small percent of women have this same reaction...so I have stopped taking the supplement as it has made me depressed, made me skip my period and had also gave me Acne around my neck,jaw and chin area. I NEVER get Acne or breakouts. It seems like a good quality but wasn't for me. It is trending as something beneficial for anyone and I just want to say...listen to your body because it's obviously not for everyone. I don't have any diagnosed conditions...but it did not work for me
