I have taken one caplet of ashwagandha daily for nine days, and I've started to notice positive changes. I feel less emotional and significantly less anxious; my body no longer shakes from anxiety. I am also sleeping better and waking up feeling happier. This herbal remedy has been a welcome alternative to antidepressants, which failed to alleviate my severe anxiety symptoms, including physical manifestations. I would highly recommend it for similar issues.

I had heard about ashwagandha for quite some time, but the liquid form was quite expensive. While browsing iHerb, I came across this capsule product, which was reasonably priced and herbal. I thought it wouldn't harm me, and with 90 pills, it was a good experience over three months. I started on June 27, 2022, and noticed that my sleep improved significantly. Typically, I struggle to fall asleep, but after taking this, I found it much easier to drift off quickly, without needing to wait for hours. The product seems great for those who struggle with sleep issues, particularly due to stress.

So far, so good! Though the tablets are slightly difficult to swallow, they have proven effective. After experiencing heavy stress from daily life, I noticed that my temper has improved, and I smile more often. I'm experiencing fewer physical symptoms of stress, including reduced heart palpitations and improved blood pressure. Better sleep and increased focus are additional benefits I've noticed since starting this ashwagandha regimen.

Negative effects experienced
This product unfortunately caused irritation in my eyes, throat, and gums. As soon as I stopped taking it, the symptoms vanished. It did not work well for me, and I would caution others before trying it.

While ashwagandha helped alleviate my nervousness, it didn't increase my energy. I found it beneficial for calming my mind amidst a stressful year. Living with hypothyroidism limits adaptogen options due to their immunostimulant nature, but ashwagandha seems suitable. During its use, I experienced a reduction in panic attacks and intrusive thoughts, and I managed stressful situations more tolerantly. However, I did not notice any boost in energy levels. Nonetheless, the anxiety relief was important to me, so I am satisfied with the overall result.
