I took it under medical supervision, as I’m over 40. I used just 5 drops, which should last over 4 months. I didn't observe drastic changes, such as a complete absence of premenstrual syndrome. However, after two months, my cycle stabilised, and there were fewer coarse hairs on my upper lip and chin, which was pleasant. After four months, the cycle shortened to 23 days, so I stopped taking it. My advice: use it under medical supervision and take hormone tests before and after use.
