The composition is excellent, and I liked everything about it. However, by the third day, I was climbing the walls due to an intense migraine. The first day only brought a slight headache, but now it's become unbearable. I regret taking it. I shared it with a friend who has had no issues, so perhaps it affects people differently.

This is the only supplement I've ever purchased (out of hundreds) that resulted in severe headaches. I'm unsure which ingredient(s) caused it, but this combination triggered a bad headache (which I rarely experience) every time I attempted to take even a single capsule. After confirming they were the cause, I threw the bottle away.

These vitamins are okay; my menstrual cycle has returned to normal, and PMS is easier. However, I do experience slight headaches, as many others have mentioned.
