Gout relief
I sought a B complex replacement for my father, recently suffering from gout. Research indicated that vitamin B-5 aids in eliminating uric acid, a factor in gout. This product has the highest B5 content, and since taking it, my father's gout issues have resolved despite his beer consumption. I also found this B complex beneficial for myself, with its unique features supporting overall health.

Episodes ceased
Niacin flush. I have taken this Jarrow Vitamin B Complex for a few years without issue. However, in the past six months, I've experienced random flushing episodes that last for about 20 minutes. On one occasion, the flush was severe, lasting about 45 minutes with significant redness and burning tingling skin from the waist up. This was the typical niacin flush. The last instance also left me with chills. Uncertain if this was related, I visited an allergist for food testing and a thyroid scan, all normal. I discontinued the B complex, and since then, no further episodes have occurred. I wonder if carrying it in a ziplock bag while travelling could cause any breakdown of the capsules.

Improved absorption
This B vitamin supplement stands out for its high bioavailability, noticeably boosting my energy levels. I had previous difficulties in absorbing B vitamins, but this formula effectively raised my levels without reaching harmful extremes. Notably, I experience a niacin flush, which occurs sporadically when I miss a dose. Although not dangerous, I recommend taking it with food to avoid discomfort. This supplement is worth every penny!

Prolonged relief
Causes flushing, otherwise good. I have never previously experienced flushing, but this vitamin causes it for me. Although there is a warning, it appears to have too much of the wrong type of niacin. When I flush, I must take over-the-counter allergy medication, which takes over an hour to alleviate the symptoms. During this time, I struggle to work or run errands.

Increased paranoia
Niacin flush. I have taken this Jarrow Vitamin B Complex for several years without issue until recently when I've had random flushing episodes. This led to paranoia, as I initially thought it might be from shampoo or perfume. But, I now understand it's likely due to the niacin flush. One day, after taking a pill during lunch, I had to leave work because my skin turned red and hot for about 45 minutes. I had previously trusted Jarrow for vitamins, but this experience has changed my perception.
