I sought a B complex replacement for my father, recently suffering from gout. Research indicated that vitamin B-5 aids in eliminating uric acid, a factor in gout. This product has the highest B5 content, and since taking it, my father's gout issues have resolved despite his beer consumption. I also found this B complex beneficial for myself, with its unique features supporting overall health.

Niacin flush. I have taken this Jarrow Vitamin B Complex for a few years without issue. However, in the past six months, I've experienced random flushing episodes that last for about 20 minutes. On one occasion, the flush was severe, lasting about 45 minutes with significant redness and burning tingling skin from the waist up. This was the typical niacin flush. One day, after taking a pill during lunch, I had to leave work because my skin turned red and hot for about 45 minutes. I had previously trusted Jarrow for vitamins, but this experience has changed my perception.
