The effect amazed me. Since I started taking curcumin, I haven't had a sore throat or fever. This positive effect lasted throughout the course and for another two weeks afterwards. Sadly, I fell ill again when the curcumin ran out, but I will be buying more.

Alleviates throat discomfort
I regularly buy and take curcumin. Previously, I used it in the form of picolinate, but now I prefer these lozenges and have no regrets. They have a pleasant taste and soften my throat nicely. Unlike other zinc preparations, I didn't experience nausea after taking these. I notice a significant effect, especially when starting to have a sore throat; I take it every two hours, and it greatly alleviates the discomfort. I recommend trying it!
