These little capsules contain curcumin, which I take to aid my health. My doctor recommended Curcumin 95 specifically for pre-cancer, and I feel it's doing its job well. I've had no unpleasant effects, as is common with some vitamins. I make sure to take it with food, and it fits seamlessly into my daily regimen.

I have Stage IV thyroid cancer and experience considerable pain despite taking Celebrex and Neurontin. Recently, adding Curcumin has helped reduce my severe neck pain. I plan to ask my doctor at Mayo Clinic for his opinion on this supplement, which is being researched for its ability to reduce cancer tumours. Even if the effects are psychological, they are working for me. I hope it continues to help me manage pain as I cope with multiple tumours in various organs.
