Odourless fish oil that doesn’t upset my stomach. The capsules have a pleasant scent and are easy to swallow. I’ve experienced no heartburn after taking them, and the dosage seems just right. I previously tried Omega from Solgar for comparison.

Quality is subpar. However, the composition is good; it’s not bitter and doesn’t cause heartburn. Swallowing is easy, and I find the size of the capsules sufficiently large for long-term use. I take one capsule in the evening and find it effective for my whole family. Once I run out, I’ll definitely order more.
