I've been taking Jarrow Formulas Acetyl L-Carnitine 500 in conjunction with Evening Primrose Oil, Coenzyme Q10, and Vitamin K. They each have healing properties, but together, they contribute significantly to healing my skin and combatting my acne. In a few weeks, I'll be wearing short-sleeved tops again!

Calmed my acne
Excellent for acne. I take this supplement to help combat testosterone-induced acne. It appears to be effective! My acne related to HRT has significantly improved after using this for a few months.
