I am consuming this for my husband and wife to conceive. Acetyl L-Carnitine is recommended by clinic practitioners as it reduces reactive oxygen species and safeguards eggs from oxidative damage, but it is rather pricey in Japan—three times the cost of this product. It is noted that acetyl L-carnitine is found in the testicular fluids and serves as an energy source for sperm, hence my husband started taking it. Thus far, egg collection is progressing well, and my husband's sperm motility is enhancing. Interestingly, though it wasn't the main goal, he seems to have lost 2 kg since he began taking it. Obesity can lead to infertility, so I'm pleased with this outcome. I hope my review proves beneficial.
