Headaches improved
Excellent brain support. I've noticed an improvement in memory and concentration. More energy has emerged. Most importantly, my daily headaches have disappeared and my blood pressure has normalised. The quality and ingredients are superb. I take one capsule alongside tuarvne and dmae, along with amino acids on an empty stomach mornings, spaced between meals. The capsules are a convenient size and the large package lasts the entire course.

This supplement did not suit me, causing a painful headache and irritability. While it may work for others, it’s not for me. I might give it another chance, though I'm not looking forward to it.

Cognitive improvement
A very good supplement that helps restore cognitive functions, especially for mature individuals. My memory and concentration have improved, and headaches have diminished. I now have more energy, and the large package is a bonus. I highly recommend it.

Refreshes head
Originally bought to aid fat burning, I found it also alleviates brain fog and headaches. Drinking it leaves my head feeling refreshed. If consumed before bedtime, I wake up with a clear head, reminiscent of a niacin flush!
