I take B12 as part of an immune boost to help prevent shingles, as my mother suffered severely. After researching ways to boost my immune system, I found this combination. Since starting it, I haven't been ill once, not even with colds or the flu. I intend to continue using this immune support regimen to ward off sickness, including shingles.
