Hot flashes relief

Took to combat hot flushes - worked so far! A friend recommended NAC as a way to address the hot flushes linked to menopause, so I purchased it and must say that after a month of consistent use, it has truly worked. I went from several a day to none quite rapidly. I can feel the early signs of what used to be a flush when I forget to take a tablet, which prompts me to take it and prevent the onset. This is an immense relief. Suddenly sweating profusely is decidedly unpleasant. Also? Not a great look. I'm thrilled to have something to counter such an irksome experience. Additionally, I’ve noticed my fingernails and hair are growing much faster, which is unexpected but pleasant.

I purchased this to help with severe raynaud's but found it benefits my anxiety and irritability associated with perimenopause. Though I haven't noticed effects for my condition yet, the improvements in my mood are valuable. I’m considering a sustained release option for the future.
