Filled with junk. I took this product for the first time today and my stomach was rumbling for four hours. I then started feeling itching in my ears and swelling in my throat, like the reaction you get from allergies, and I've felt somewhat unwell since. Clearly, it was from this product and, given my body often reacts immediately to supplements, I can tell this brand is not for me. I was hoping that a high DHA supplement would suit me better than EPA, but reading other reviews revealed it contains Canola Oil, Sunflower Oil, and Tea Leaf Extract. I don't do well with non-pure products with additives and will be returning it. Consider this before purchasing.
