I find these acids essential: alpha-linolenic (ALA), eicosapentaenoic (EPA), and docosahexaenoic. After taking these supplements, I experienced better skin and sleep. Combining them with vitamins C and D3 accelerated my recovery from COVID-19, especially after suffering pneumonia with 46% lung damage.
