Phosphatidylserine lowers stress responses
In our study, we looked at how phosphatidylserine supplementation affects mood and stress responses during an anxiety-inducing situation. Participants were divided into four groups, receiving different doses of phosphatidylserine before facing a mental stress test.

We found that the group receiving 400 mg of phosphatidylserine experienced lower stress hormone levels and reported feeling less distressed. However, larger doses did not bring the same benefits, indicating that the 400 mg dosage might be key in alleviating anxiety during stress.

These findings suggest that phosphatidylserine could be a promising option for managing stress-related issues.

Pretty good! My doctor recommended it for anxiety, but it didn't seem to help me. However, I gave it to my mum as a sleeping aid and she said she has never slept better!
