A worthy thing, must have for all the girls. I am a natural skeptic and try to differentiate self-hypnosis from true results. However, this product truly works. I began taking it from the first day of my cycle and was amazed to find that by the second day, my blood loss had halved compared to my usual experience without it. Typically, I feel unwell during these days, but this supplement made it bearable. An unexpected bonus is that my nails have strengthened. I also shared a couple of pills with my teenage daughter, who suffers from heavy periods like I do. After just a few hours taking these 'magic pills', she was up and about without any discomfort. Thankfully, neither of us experienced side effects, though I recommend starting slowly, ideally under hormone test supervision.

Alleviates throat discomfort
I routinely buy this for myself. Previously, I used it in picolinate form, but I have found these lozenges to be preferable and I do not regret my decision. They have a pleasant taste and soothe my throat during dissolution. Unlike some pharmaceutical preparations, I have not felt nauseous after taking these. If you do experience nausea, consider taking them after a meal. I have noticed a positive effect, especially when I follow the instructions closely during the onset of a sore throat, taking them every two hours. I recommend this product!

The pills are quite large, so keeping your throat moist before swallowing is essential. If they get caught, it can be uncomfortable. There is no unpleasant taste. Personally, I take it regularly to manage acne and PMS, and I find the effect fairly beneficial. The lightweight nature of the product makes it easy to handle.
