The capsules are tasteless, and I feel good after taking them. I consume one capsule in the morning and another in the evening. I've noticed an improvement in my allergies, although the capsules are a bit large, making them somewhat tricky to swallow.

Since starting these capsules in January 2021, my chest pain, which previously occurred after ovulation, has ceased. Additionally, the eczema-like allergy from my thyroid medication disappeared. The primrose truly works, and I highly recommend it!
