It works. Although I am usually sceptical of supplements, my doctor suggested I try it to reduce acid reflux and excess acidity. He advised that I take it alongside Jarri-dophilus EPS. To my surprise, I noticed a difference almost immediately. I take two pills a day, which can be kept at room temperature, but for freshness, I store mine in the refrigerator. Although the formula is not inexpensive, it works well in my case.
