Lactobacillus shows promise for SLE
We explored the potential of Lactobacillus strain LC-STH-13 in treating systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), a challenging autoimmune disorder. Using female MRL/lpr mice prone to lupus, we found that LC-STH-13 significantly lowered anti-autoantibodies and optimized the balance of immune cells.

Additionally, it reduced kidney inflammation by targeting the TLR9/NF-κB signaling pathway and improved gut health. These results are promising, suggesting that LC-STH-13 could be a safe and effective treatment avenue for SLE.

We aimed to understand whether probiotics could ease inflammation in autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) by interfacing with innate immunity. We set up a mouse model of AIP and treated these mice with Lactobacillus gasseri. The treatment appeared to significantly reduce pancreatitis symptoms, potentially via TLR7 signaling in immune cells.

This suggests that Lactobacillus could be a valuable tool in managing AIP, as we observed crucial interactions between the gut microbiota and the body's immune response.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus mitigates gliadin's effects
We investigated the effects of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) in combating inflammation and cellular changes caused by gliadin in celiac disease models. Our study found that pretreating intestinal cells with LGG postbiotics stopped the activation of harmful pathways linked to gliadin, such as mTOR and NF-κβ. Notably, this protective effect was also observed in more complex models using organoids derived from celiac patients. While these findings are promising, further research is necessary to fully understand LGG’s potential benefits in managing celiac disease.

Onion smell vanished

Awesome! I ordered it due to a persistent onion smell from the lack of beneficial bacteria, and it disappeared entirely even before I finished the box. Many individuals suffer from this issue, but gynecologists often provide no solution. I searched for a remedy and found this one myself.

I know everyone is different, but after dealing with bacterial vaginosis and trying numerous treatments, I ordered these probiotics. Within two weeks, I was entirely better and haven't experienced a recurrence. I'm committed to taking these as they counteract the cycle of returning issues.

Increased lactobacilli
11 people found this helpful
It helped increase my lactobacilli count—definitely effective, as confirmed by my tests. After two months, they grew significantly. I took two capsules daily and avoided hot drinks to ensure the lactobacilli survived. Despite the package stating room temperature storage is fine, I kept them in the fridge to preserve viability. Ordering in colder months is advisable, as summer heat may compromise their effectiveness.

We examined how probiotics affect immune cells in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. By isolating monocytes from both RA patients and healthy individuals, we created macrophages that were treated with different probiotic bacteria.

Our findings revealed that probiotic treatment shifted macrophages towards a more anti-inflammatory state while reducing markers of inflammation. Notably, probiotics increased levels of beneficial anti-inflammatory substances and decreased harmful inflammatory responses.

This suggests probiotics could play a role in managing RA through their influence on immune cell behavior.

We investigated how diet influences autoimmune diseases, particularly using a ketogenic diet (KD) model. The KD improved conditions in a mouse model of multiple sclerosis by interacting with the gut microbiome.

Notably, lactobacillus variants were linked to reduced immune cell activation. We found that a specific strain, L. murinus, offered protection against autoimmune conditions, demonstrating the potential of lactobacillus combined with diet-dependent compounds to impact immunity positively.

Overall, our findings underscore the importance of dietary factors and gut bacteria in managing autoimmune disorders.

Decreased inflammation

I learned about this product through recommendations online, as I often experience inflammation in my private parts, especially severe during pregnancy. Initially, I took one capsule daily for about ten days with minimal effect. After pausing for cranberry capsules, I found the effects lacking. Following suggestions to take two capsules daily for half a month, I noticed my inflammation improving significantly. I now maintain by taking one capsule daily.

I haven't finished one bottle and it has effectively resolved my recurring Candida infections over the past two years. I'm very satisfied and will keep buying for my health! After stopping for half a year, I got busy, my immune system faltered, and I became inflamed. After just two days of taking it again, I noticed a significant effect—taking two capsules at a time daily during the acute phase.

Restored microflora

For a long time, thrush was bothering me. After visiting the gynaecologist, I was prescribed antibiotics and then vitamins to restore beneficial microflora; however, I did not want to tackle thrush so harshly. I completed this course for Candida, and it exceeded all my expectations! An excellent product—after just two days of taking it, symptoms became minimal! I will definitely reorder for prevention.

Improved comfort
5 people found this helpful
These probiotics work great for treating and preventing thrush and vaginal dysbiosis. Although they're similar to other products, they are much more effective. Improvement feels almost immediate, with discomfort disappearing quickly. Clinical studies support their benefits in female microflora. For chronic cases, a longer course is recommended, so I suggest keeping them on hand.

These are the only female probiotics with two specific strains medically proven to stabilise and aid recovery. I took two in the morning before food and two in the evening before dinner. I gradually reduced to two daily (morning/night) after the first bottle. They effectively stopped the itchiness I'd been experiencing for months—I've ordered many times since.

Vaginitis has been a recurring issue for me for six months, often requiring treatment. After trying other brands of probiotics unsuccessfully, I decided to give this one a go. After about two weeks (taking two a day), I’ve noticed a significant reduction in discharge and itching. I will continue using it and have already reordered, hoping for complete healing.

Lactobacillus modifies inflammation in lupus
We investigated the effects of Lactobacillus delbrueckii and Lactobacillus rhamnosus on immune responses in newly diagnosed systemic lupus erythematosus patients. By examining blood-derived macrophages, we observed that these probiotics can decrease key inflammatory markers and promote a healthier balance in macrophage populations. Notably, they lowered certain harmful cytokines while increasing beneficial ones in both lupus patients and healthy individuals. Although the probiotics showed promise in inducing an anti-inflammatory profile, their overall effectiveness in managing SLE aspects needs further exploration.
