I liked it. Red rice is high in antioxidants and fibre, helping to lower cholesterol and prevent high blood sugar. After six months of use, I've seen an improvement in my digestion, with no bloating. My cholesterol is lower, and the product's natural ingredients are a big plus. It's convenient, and I recommend it.

I eat it, and I no longer feel bloated. It's very comfortable, and I plan to continue buying it, but regret that it's out of stock.
It upset me and caused confusion and bloating, leading me to stop using it. I primarily took it for cholesterol.
Intense flatulence experienced
Medicine Review. This product caused significant gas for both my wife and I, and it did little to lower cholesterol numbers as promised, with minimal reductions at our blood test. Despite our dietary efforts, I can't be sure if the reduction was related to the Red Yeast Rice. At any rate, the intense flatulence was unbearable. Now that we've stopped using it, the gas and bloating have since disappeared.

Beware if you have IBS! Don’t use this if you have IBS – it caused horrible bloating and gastric distress. I took one pill and experienced an onslaught of discomfort. I thought I was overreacting, set the jar aside, and monitored my diet for a week, then took another pill, and again, the same result. Maybe it works for others, but not for me. If nothing else, I might use it as bait for the ground squirrels in my garden!
