L-glutamine aids flu vaccine response
This study examined the impact of L-glutamine supplementation on immune responses to the flu vaccine among 84 elderly participants, some engaged in regular exercise.

After vaccination, those receiving L-glutamine alongside exercise exhibited improved antibody levels and immune cell presence compared to those on a placebo.

Overall, we found that both L-glutamine and combined exercise training contributed to stronger immune reactions in older adults receiving the flu vaccine.

Relief for leaky gut and acid reflux. I was diagnosed with leaky gut and acid reflux, which tend to follow each other. I tried many supplements to improve these symptoms with little success. Then I read about L-Glutamine and its digestive benefits. This has been a Godsend; I’m seeing significant improvement. I take it on an empty stomach and wait about 40 minutes before eating. I take it upon waking, mid-afternoon, and right before bed for maximum effectiveness. I'm so grateful for the relief it has provided.

I bought this for chronic gastritis. After a recent gastroscopy, I was diagnosed with reflux esophagitis and chronic gastritis. I have tried various nutritional supplements for my stomach, but this seems to be the best for me. While I can’t claim full relief, about 70% of the symptoms feel alleviated. I take one tablet each morning on an empty stomach with lactic acid bacteria.

A must for reflux and for weaning off proton pump inhibitors. It's beneficial for IBS sufferers and essential when trying to stop proton pump inhibitors, which worsen reflux if stopped abruptly. I take it alongside endefen.

Aids recovery from flu
I like it. It helps me recover after stomach flu. The taste is pleasant and they are good supplements to add to your diet, especially during stress or illness. The pill is a bit large to swallow, but the quality and clean ingredients are commendable. My package was delivered quickly, and I like the product size.
