Allergy improvement
For my allergy to flowering plants, I ordered Breathe-X and Quercetin With Bromelain. Living in Sochi, where everything blooms almost year-round, I found traditional pharmacy medicines ineffective. Potential effectiveness noted
I felt very tired, thinking that Vitamin B would help, so I purchased this. I took two tablets the next morning; however, I didn’t notice any immediate effects that day. I believe it could be beneficial if I continue, so I will keep trying it. The tablets are long and thin, and although I’m used to Japanese supplements, they felt like they were stuck in my throat and were hard to swallow initially. This product may suit those accustomed to overseas supplements, but I suggest caution for anyone used to Japanese tablets.

Aches relieved
I bought this in hopes of curing my mouth ulcers since I tend to get them frequently. After starting, I noticed that I no longer suffer from sore throats, so it may be working.

I advise taking this with vitamin C if you have a sore throat. It’s wonderful for relieving sore throats and ulcers!
