Hair loss improved
This is amazing. I bought it for my friend who is losing hair from Chemotherapy. Her doctor recommended she take vitamin B, and the effects were evident. After taking it, her hair loss has significantly reduced, and she also has more energy during the day. A good product!

Neuropathic pain relief
These help with neuropathy. I read that B vitamins can assist with neuropathic pains, which increased after my chemotherapy. As the pain became more intense, I decided to raise my B vitamin intake. Within weeks of taking this supplement, the neuropathic pain dissipated, while the numbness remains, I am pleased the shooting pains have vanished.

Good effects noted
My family needs to supplement vitamin B during Chemotherapy, so I opted for a high dose. I consumed two cans, and the effect seems to be positive. I feel a bit better.

Not effective supplement
Not the best supplement, unfortunately. I have taken other brands of B complex and assimilated better. I experienced some gut issues and other problems after Chemotherapy. This brand does not suit me.
