The quality is superb and well packaged. The ingredients are pure and the portions generous. There is a niacin flushing reaction, making the ears red and hot, or causing warmth in the stomach, which is visibly powerful. It promotes metabolism, leaves me feeling relaxed after eating, and enhances the nervous system. The taste, however, is relatively strong.

Improved sleep quality
A good complex of B vitamins. I started taking it after suffering from a coronavirus infection, alongside magnesium. I found that my sense of smell and calmness returned, and I began to sleep better. I highly recommend it!

Did not suit me

Perfectly! Life extension is considered a good brand. However, this complex did not suit me, as I had a reaction to it. Shortly after taking it, my skin reddened and my ears felt hot. Although it didn't last long, the sensations were unpleasant. I did not finish the complex, and it still lies unused. Perhaps I will give it a second chance after a while.
