I am satisfied with this supplement’s potency. I experienced “flushing” a couple of times after taking it in the morning with coffee. It startled me at first, but after reading about it, I was less concerned. Overall, it provided the B energy boost I needed.
This B complex is amazing! It contains a substantial amount of niacin (B3), so you might experience a niacin flush if you're not accustomed to it. If so, start slowly with one a day, then gradually increase to two a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. This product significantly boosts my mood and energy!

Painful flushing experience
Flushing niacin needs to be removed. I've used this product before, and it's challenging to determine how much food is enough to avoid the flush. This time, I not only flushed but experienced intense stomach and oesophageal pain with nausea. The pain was overwhelming and reminiscent of the gastritis I once had during flushing. This has been a complaint for years; while they added a caution, they really need to remove the flushing niacin or offer a no-flush option. An overwhelming number of people are sensitive even to small doses of niacin, and its removal would enhance the customer experience and brand loyalty.

Inconsistent product quality
I have used products from LEF and Amazon for many years, but my recent experiences with this product have raised concerns about quality. After taking these B complex pills for a month, I've had strong niacin flushes three times, where my face and arms felt like they were on fire. This frightening experience occurs intermittently, suggesting inconsistent capsule contents. I'm disappointed and now question LEF's credibility, especially as they hide negative reviews on their website.

Serious allergic reaction
I almost went to the ER. I'd never used this brand before but have taken B complex supplements for years. This brand was recommended, so I followed the recommended dosage (2 pills). Within 30 minutes, I felt tingling and burning, and looking in the mirror, I was bright red with welts on my legs. Soon after, my throat became itchy, making breathing difficult. I took Benadryl, and thankfully, it subsided after a few hours. The label mentioned "may cause flushing, itching, rash and gastric disturbance," which is quite alarming.
