Severe heartburn issues

It caused me heartburn for some reason. Although I felt good taking it, the heartburn was enduring. I tried smaller doses, but the reaction remained the same, making me wonder if I cannot metabolise B vitamins effectively. While the other effects were positive, I had to take it sparingly.
