Hives finally cleared
I had a rash/hives that I believe originated from eating berries sprayed with pesticides, even though they were from a Farmers Market. Shortly after consuming the berries, I broke out in a horrible rash all over my body. After eleven days with increasing welts and severe itching, I began taking two Milk Thistle capsules a day. Within four days, the rash finally cleared. While I can't say for certain that the Milk Thistle was the cause, I suspect that cleansing my liver had a positive effect on my skin.
